The program is open to fresh graduates and final-year students from any major (business, HR, economics, law, engineering, etc.), as well as young professionals with 0โ2 years of work experience who are passionate about HR and business.
No, you don't! We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds. What matters most is your drive, curiosity, business mindset, and willingness to learn. We'll train you from the ground up through our structured 24-month program.
The program runs for 24 months across four stages:
The program is based in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam. You'll work at Talentnet's offices and may have opportunities to visit client sites and attend regional events.
This is a full-time paid position, not an internship. You will receive a competitive salary package with annual reviews and performance bonuses tied to your progression milestones throughout the 24 months.
Strong Vietnamese is essential. English proficiency is required and must be demonstrated with a valid certificate: IELTS โฅ 6.0, TOEIC โฅ 700 (Speaking & Writing โฅ 120), or TOEFL iBT โฅ 65.
Absolutely. Every NextGen HR Leader is paired with a senior mentor from Talentnet's leadership team from Day 1. Beyond 1-on-1 mentoring, you'll attend structured workshops, leadership masterclasses, and cross-functional rotations across the Outsourcing Hub โ giving you both the skills and the network to thrive.

You'll gain exposure across Talentnet's full Outsourcing Hub portfolio, which includes Payroll, Employer of Record (PEO), Staffing & Workforce, HR Process Outsourcing, L&D, BPO, RPO, and Corporate Services โ giving you a truly multi-dimensional HR career foundation.
Upon successfully completing the program, you will be promoted to HR Senior Consultant โ a recognized leadership role within Talentnet's Outsourcing Hub. High performers may also be considered for accelerated leadership tracks within the organization.
Yes, absolutely! Final-year students are encouraged to apply. If selected, your onboarding will be scheduled to align with your expected graduation date (estimated onboard from 1 July 2026), so you can complete your studies before joining full-time.
Important: Make sure you have the Temporary Graduation Certificate ready โ this is a must-have document for your onboarding process.
